  with transpilePackages workspace setup, holding 500%+ CPU at idle)
- Pin turbopack.root to monorepo root so a stray ~/pnpm-lock.yaml
  cannot misinfer the workspace boundary
- Commit pnpm-lock.yaml; ignore .claude/ local plugin state
